Mike is awesome to work with. Showed me multiple units as I was unsure as to which size I needed. Mike is friendly with great customer service. I was very grateful for the courtesy call regarding my bill as I was unaware the my credit card had a fraud alert on it. Because of this courtesy call, I was able to take care of the issue.

Rented with them over a year and was the best experience with a storage company yet. Moved in the middle of one of My monthly and they just charged me the difference from the current and Pro rated it. Wasn't expected but they were totally helpful and friendly. Great custumer service. Didn't NOTICE any bugs UUUUUGH! I know that they can't control others but I was fortunately blessed.

Mike was awesome this morning getting us set up with an additional unit at Pink Door storage, they are so friendly and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained, it's super easy to get in with their mobile app whenever we need to. There are plenty of units and sizes to choose from and the driveways are big enough to move a semi through! Highly recommend!!

I really had high hopes for this place after it was built but I've been very disappointed. I moved my trailer here because it had covered parking, a dump station, a water station and a large area to maneuver. This was a step up from the enclosed dirt lot I had my trailer parked at previously. Here's my gripe. The front gate is almost always broken for one reason or another. Either the gate is closed and there are construction cones blocking it, or the gate is open and there are movable chain link fencing panels in front of it. If the gate is blocked, there is a secondary gate but the access area is smaller. It's not really a problem if you have a smaller vehicle, but it can be a pain in the bum if you are pulling a trailer because you have to navigate a tight turn. The turn can be exacerbated if there is traffic too. If the gate has fencing panels in front of it, there's no real point of having a gate at all. The security factor has been eliminated because the panels aren't that secure. Piggybacking off of that is correspondence we received Feb 18th that states: "Due to some very unfortunate circumstances while udpating our gate systems, both of our gates will be down from 10P

The facility is amazing. It is a nice area. We feel very good about leaving our RV at such a secure place. Safe from vandalism and weather damage. Conner was so helpful and even came to pick us up in a golf cart when our taxi driver arrived early and we were doing last minute things in our motor home.
